Let's Talk Preventing Falls
Well is anyone out there?
We hope to talk with you on this blog about any questions, comments and to give you information weekly about Falls and Preventing Falls. We hope you will visit our websites at www.senior-fitness.com or www.howtopreventfalls.com to see what Senior Fitness, Inc. is offering.
Just to let you know Dr. Betty Perkins-Carpenter was just awarded the AARP 50th Anniversary Social Impact Award for her work and achievements in the area of senior fitness epitomizing the philosophy of AARP's founder Dr. Ethel Percy Andrus who was a retired school teacher who used every opportunity to focus America's leaders and the public on the needs of others. That is the most important thing is to help each other.
That is what I hope to do with this blog is to keep you updated on any new information coming our way, to answer any questions, comments or even have on-going conversations about the cruical topic. These falls are affecting not only Seniors, but us babyboomers. If our parent or parents fall we can lose not only our jobs, but valuable income in having to take care of our loved one(s).
So let me hear from you and we will get going.

We are excited to have our blog up and running again. If you haven't visited us before, we welcome you. It is our goal to post monthly on our Senior Corner about our Six Step Balance Program. Along with posting about our program we hope to keep you informed about all the happenings going on here at Senior Fitness, Inc. Hope you will join us and send your comments, questions, or suggestions. Let us all have some fun and communicate.
If you have the book, guide or DVD, love to hear your comments. We are always interested in hearing how you are doing. Also, we are here to help if you are having any concerns or issues you would like us to try and help you with regarding our program.
Look forward to hearing from you.
